Meet the Team

Financial Services Net Limited brings together a team of specialists who are each experts in their respective fields. FSN owns and operates a significant portfolio of financial service and insurance generic domain names; that are being developed into online financial services distribution channels and aggregation services. The potential for further growth is enormous, with sites and employees strategically aligned to complement each other. The core of the FSN team, and their functions, are described below:

Divinder Panesar, Chairman
Divinder is the founder, chairman and major shareholder of FSN. He is a Science graduate from London University, holder of an MBA and currently engaged in post-graduate research, focusing on development and implementation of whole-system 'integral' values-driven, vision-guided, long-lasting, sustainable and responsible organisastions. In 1996, Divinder realised 'although being on the Internet will be important, being found on the Internet will be critical'. Using this foresight Divinder acquired a number of important generic domain names in anticipation of commercial development online.

Barry Summers, Managing Director
With over two decades of experience in the UK financial services industry, Barry is ideally positioned to develop FSN businesses. Coming from a background primarily in Independent Financial Advice, Barry has been the Business Development Director of FSN for six years, drawing on a wealth of expertise and contacts to maximise revenue and forge strategic partnerships.

Peter Walker, Chief Technical Officer
Peter is one of the most experienced and accomplished individuals operating in the UK Internet industry. As a key member of the management team that developed Cheapflights Ltd into one of the top five UK travel sites and leading independent travel portals, Peter won awards including National Business Awards Growth Winner 2004. A previous role at Computacenter’s iGroup saw Peter helping numerous FTSE 100 businesses deliver their online properties. Peter Advises FSN on technology and infrastructure delivery.

Kevin Friend, Strategic Partnerships Director
Kevin has over 16 years working at a senior level within the mortgage distribution sector. As Sales and Marketing Director of emfinance.com, (the UK's first online mortgage brokerage) an integral part of the Exchange FS PLC floatation, his experience in the development of technology innovation within the financial services sector is invaluable to the implementation of the strategic partnerships programme for the group. Before joining FSN, Kevin was Strategic Partnerships Director with the award winning Evaluate Technologies team.

David Holyoak, Finance Director
A Chartered Accountant and graduate of Lancaster University Management School, David is an experienced management professional with over 25 years financial and general management experience in commercial property, property related services, automotive race engineering, international book publishing and financial services. For the past two and a half years, David has acted as adviser and consultant Commercial Director to FSN.
